“Johanna helped us buy our first home from out of state. When moving from out of state, having a reliable agent that we could trust was imperative. On our first visit to town, Johanna took us on a tour of neighborhoods to help us decide what we liked best. She offered valuable insight to the different neighborhoods we were interested in, talked us through school systems, listed out community features, and also gave us some wonderful suggestions on places to eat and entertainment while we were in town! Being from out of state, we were limited on the number of visits we were able to make to Saint Louis. On each of our visits, Johanna got us into as many houses as possible. While we were not in town, Johanna set up appointments at houses we were interested in and recorded videos of her walking through the houses to provide us with a virtual tour, which is how we found our home. Johanna worked quickly with us to get an offer in the same night we got the video of the house, which was also the first night the house was on the market. We cannot recommend Johanna enough to anyone looking to purchase a home in Saint Louis. She worked extremely hard to find “our perfect house” for us and always gave us her honest opinion about neighborhoods, the quality of houses, and house prices. We thought house hunting from out of state was going to be a real headache, but Johanna made the whole process seem easy and stress free.”
