Circa Properties is thrilled to announce the appointment of Johanna “Jo” Dueren to Managing Partner of the brokerage, effective January 1, 2023.
Dueren is a twelve-year veteran of the brokerage and has been a licensed Broker in St. Louis since 2004. A member of the Circa Leadership Team since 2018, she brings the industry experience, focus, and enthusiasm needed to guide Circa into its next chapter.
“I really see my role as the conductor of the orchestra,” Dueren says of her new role. “There are so many moving parts here at Circa: We have a magical team of agents and the best Operations Team in St. Louis. There are so many parts and pieces that have to speak and move with each other.”
Dueren’s initial focus will be on agent development and education, as the Management Team works to navigate a shifting 2023 market.
“Our goal [for 2023] is to help our current agents be as successful as possible,” Dueren says. “Marketing support will be key, as always, but educating agents on how to handle market changes will be key, as well.”
