I also use this knowledge to show buyers how your home is unique and why it’s the best home available. I personally call my realtor connections to let them know your home is coming on the market, to create excitement and urgency for your home. I continue spreading the word about your home through online and print advertising, and through open homes until your home sells.
I’m a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University with a Degree in Public Relations and a double minor in Speech Communications and Aerospace Studies. I started my career as an Air Force Officer where I flew jets for a year and then became a Public Affairs officer and achieved the Rank of Major. After separating from the Active duty Air Force, I started my full time real estate career while still working an additional 6 years as a weekend warrior in the Air Force Reserves. As a reservist I volunteered for and served in Desert Storm. During this time I was awarded The Pulte Homes Salesperson of the Year Award, not once, but twice. Pulte Homes was the largest home builder in the United States at the time. This award was for highest sales volume, complete and accurate paperwork, and most importantly client satisfaction ratings. Since that time, I have consistently been a top performer who puts my client’s needs first.
I also managed People and Properties, Sotheby’s International Realty, in Danville California for several years. Sotheby’s was a great company, but I came to realize that the company couldn’t sell a home and didn’t have market knowledge. It was individual agents who made the difference. When my agents worked smart, listened to their client’s needs and put true effort into their job, they produced great results. I want to be your agent and I want to produce results for you.
