Seth is a licensed Missouri Real Estate Broker and has been a full-time real estate practitioner for over 14 years. With a background in the investment and management side of real estate, he has been a principal in transactions in excess of $23 million with experience in single family, multi-family buildings and non-performing loan packages. He lives in Olivette with his wife Stephanie, son Micah and English bulldog named Auggie.
He enjoys contributing to organizations such as the Ronald McDonald House, Wounded Warriors Foundation and National Children’s Cancer Society, to name a few. He grew up in St. Louis and graduated with a Business Degree from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale.
What do I love about real estate? The people, whether it is my clients or the Circa team. Everyday brings a new experience in which I have the opportunity to educate and usher clients through a positive real estate transaction. Knowing that buying or selling a home is emotional for my clients, it is of the utmost importance that I take a calm, cerebral approach.
