As a buyer: She is so incredibly knowledgeable of the area what to look for in buying a home. As I am strolling around looking at crown molding, floors, cabinets and dreaming of myself cooking in the kitchen... she is quickly skimming the not-so-exciting but oh-so-necessary outlets, structure, piping and I am sure many other things not on my radar. She was always accessible through the process of showing houses all the way through our finding our perfect lil' home. As a seller: Wow... when I thought she couldn't get any better. We moved to California and after 6 months finally decided to sell our house in STL. I flew in giving 1 day notice to Dawn. She met at the house and did a walk through giving me a detailed list of what needs to be done to get it ready. I did everything on her list and used her house/window cleaner recommendation the day I flew back. This was the first and last time I was in St Louis during the entire process.
