When in-person showings, open houses, listing appointments and in-office closings came to a halt in March 2020, Circa’s management team doubled down on its commitment to partnership, giving its staff and agents the resources needed to navigate the ongoing challenges of the coronavirus pandemic.
“It was a collective pivot, really. Everyone coming together and asking ‘okay, how can we continue to serve our clients in the safest way possible?'” Avellino said. ” By fully leveraging Matterport 3D Technology, we were able to keep our heads above water while other brokerages were left scrambling for a bit.”
Along with the addition of its 3D technology platform, Circa recently unveiled a new iteration of its website, circastl.com, launched a Marketing Automation App and made key Marketing, Agent Development and Data Analytics hires to further bolster its Agent Support system. The Management Team is confident that these investments will drive production among its current agent lineup, while also piquing the interest of like-minded agents in the Saint Louis area.
